Responsibilities

• Manage telephone calls, welcome and provide guidance to visitors
• Actively participate in the development of prospects & respond to commercial requests
• Ensure the visit of the showroom for visitors and professionals & provide quality advice in several languages
• Enhance and optimise the showroom by keeping up to date with trends in architecture and design.
• Provide an immersive experience
• Guiding visitors and professionals through the showroom and providing high-quality advice in several languages
• Promoting and optimising the showroom by keeping up to date with trends in architecture and design.
• Offering an immersive product experience
• Working closely with our brand ambassador and the back office
• Contributing to the brand development strategy
• Encouraging increased sales volume
• Build loyalty among existing customers by ensuring rigorous follow-up of requests/projects from this department

Required qualities

• Knowledge of French, English and Dutch.
• Knowledge of the design industry and market
• Smiling, developed commercial sense
• Dynamic and proactive
• Team and business spirit
