• ¿Cómo tratar de eliminar las manchas difíciles por acción capilar en el revestimiento MORTEX?

    Cuando aparecen manchas resistentes en un soporte y especialmente en el producto MORTEX®, se puede probar el sistema de aspiración por capilaridad.
    Después de intentar limpiar con un cepillo suave y agua jabonosa:
    1. Humedecer la mancha durante al menos 10 minutos con agua tibia.
    2. Limpiar el agua.
    3. Humedecer de nuevo.
    4. Colocar varias hojas de papel absorbente una por una sobreponiéndolas, bien planas sobre la mancha, sobrepasando de 10 cm de ésta. Pueden necesitarse de 10 a 20 hojas.
    5. Humedecer bien todas las capas y expulsar el aire para que las hojas de papel queden bien planas y estén en perfecto contacto con la superficie.
    6. Dejar que se seque naturalmente sin intervenir. No crear una corriente de aire.
    7. Al secarse la superficie, los poros del papel se liberan y los capilares ejercen una succión que tiende a extraer la suciedad del sustrato y transferirla a las hojas de papel.
    8. Retirar las capas de papel después de que se hayan secado completamente.
    9. Constatar el resultado.
    10. Repetir si es necesario.
    Si la mancha proviene de una pequeña cavidad abierta en el producto mineral MORTEX® y la protección no ha cubierto esta cavidad, el sistema no será eficiente ya que la succión sólo puede concentrarse en esta pequeña cavidad y no en toda la mancha.
    Repita la operación si es necesario.
