• Comment appliquer un revêtement MORTEX sur un plancher en bois ?

    Il est possible, pour tenter d’éviter des fissures dues aux mouvements et/ou à la dilatation du support, de placer du produit MORTEX sur un plancher en OSB / MDF. Pour cela, nous préconisons de coller et visser (visses en inox pour éviter la rouille) deux couches de plaques d’OSB / MDF, en les croisant (1ère couche de gauche à droite et 2ème couche de manière perpendiculaire), comme montré ci-dessous.

    Ensuite, une membrane de désolidarisation sera marouflée dans la première couche technique de MC2-N. Ceci permettra d’obtenir une plus grande stabilité dans votre sol et diminue le risque de fissures, bien que le risque zéro n’existe pas.

    C’est naturellement la manière de placer ces plaques et la qualité donnée au travail qui assurera la stabilité de cette structure.
    Naturellement on est jamais à l’abri d’un mouvement très important.
