BEAL International is a two-generation Belgian family business, renowned for its expertise in creating innovative, durable materials that combine aesthetics and performance. Since its creation, BEAL has distinguished itself by its ability to push back the boundaries of design, developing unique products such as MORTEX®, BEALSTONE® and CAPILASIL®.
Based in Namur, BEAL International combines traditional craftsmanship with cutting-edge technical research, placing particular emphasis on professional training and personalized support for each project, both in Belgium and abroad.
The Brand Manager is responsible for building, developing, and maintaining the image of the Beal brand and its product lines (MORTEX®, BEALSTONE®, CAPILASIL®, CALCE, etc.) in order to strengthen their reputation, consistency, and appeal across all channels (digital, print, showroom, events).
Key responsibilities:

Define brand strategy: define positioning, develop key values and messages, and set awareness and growth objectives.

Analyze the market and consumers: conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, analyze competitive intelligence, and monitor trends.

Lead marketing and communication campaigns: online and offline via our various channels (social media, advertising, events).

Oversee visual and editorial identity: ensure consistency across media (logo, packaging, website, content).

Manage budget and performance indicators: monitor KPIs, optimize costs.

Coordinate teams and partners: agencies, graphic designers, community managers, internal teams.
Key skills:

Strategic and digital marketing: proficiency in tools (CRM, analytics, social media).

Analysis and synthesis: ability to interpret market and consumer data.

Project management and leadership: coordination of multidisciplinary teams.

Creativity and attention to detail: to design impactful campaigns.

Required profile
- Trilingual FR/NL/EN
- Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service
- Good listener and observer
- Neat appearance and clear communication
- Creativity and sense of aesthetics in a constantly changing environment
- Rigorous organization, ability to prioritize and manage priorities
- Initiative, autonomy, and proactivity
- Ability to collaborate in a team and work across multiple departments
- Comfortable with IT (Office 365 and CRM) and able to search for information independently
- An affinity for design and architecture is a real asset
- Enjoys working with multicultural clients.
- Willing to travel occasionally
