At Beal International, we are looking for a structured, reliable and proactive Office Manager to ensure the overall coordination of our company’s day-to-day operations…
Acting as a link between management, internal teams and external partners, you will be responsible for organisational efficiency, process optimisation and the quality of the working environment. You will play an active role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, welcoming visitors, organising events and promoting the well-being of employees.
Your main responsibilities
Internal organisation & coordination
- Overseeing day-to-day office management: supplies, equipment, premises
- Optimising information flows between departments (management, production, logistics, back office, HR)
- Proposing and implementing continuous organisational improvements
- Monitoring collaborative tools: ERP, CRM, planning, intranet
Reception & external relations
- Be the first point of contact for visitors, partners and customers
- Organise visits and ensure a professional and courteous welcome
- Facilitate interactions between internal and external stakeholders
Administration & operational support
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks: scheduling, contracts, legal follow-up, general invoicing
- Organise business travel and ensure meeting logistics.
- Manage budgets related to general services and ensure their follow-up
Internal & external events
- Coordinate the organisation of internal events (meetings, seminars, after-work events, team events)
- Manage the preparation of customer events (trade shows, VIP visits, product presentations)
- Ensure the consistency and quality of actions carried out in line with the company’s image
HR support & well-being at work
- Participate in administrative staff monitoring (contracts, onboarding, absences)
- Implement actions promoting well-being and quality of life at work
- Supervise internal support services (maintenance, employee services, etc.)
Job requirements
- Trilingual in FR/NL/EN, excellent written and oral communication skills
- Comfortable with IT (Office 365 and CRM)
- Knowledge of administrative management, coordination and project management
- Ability to manage priorities and unexpected events
- Rigorous, reliable, structured and autonomous
- Ability to supervise, anticipate and structure actions
- Sense of initiative, dynamism, autonomy
- Ability to adapt and resistance to stress
- Team spirit and professional presentation
