Sales Assistant - Belgium/Netherland

  • Responsibilities :

    • Administrative / secretarial
      • Manage mailboxes and respond to requests and/or transfer to relevant departments
      • Receive, record, file and archive various documents including incoming and outgoing mail.
      • Draft and type routine correspondence according to instructions.
      • Draw up documents using word processing (texts, tables, etc.), carry out page layout, create standard letters, encode information in a database, manage office supplies,? .
      • Managing documentation: filing, updating documents (codification, translations, etc.), technical files in collaboration with the relevant departments.
      • Handle phone calls, greet and direct visitors. Answer general information requests about our products.
      • Ensure the proper functioning of office equipment and report any problems to the relevant managers.
      • Follow up on the various contracts for consumables/equipment. Make proposals for ordering office equipment.
      • Ensure the cleanliness of the premises. Intervene if necessary. Follow up on the cleaning teams.
      • Assist in the management of the showroom, in collaboration with the showroom manager.
    • Development Belgium-Netherlands
      • Convert the Sales Manager’s commercial objectives into a clear “business plan” (turnover, annual budget, etc.) in order to achieve the set objectives.
      • Optimise sales volume.
      • Monitor and analyse monthly results for each assigned area according to the tools defined by the sales department.
      • Prospecting for target markets.
      • Maintain frequent contact with customers and prospects in order to create a long-term business relationship. (distribution network, professionals, prescribers).
      • Define and implement sales action plans for specific requests from line managers.
      • Keep the client up to date and informed through regular reporting.
      • Qualify leads, maintain a perfect knowledge of the portfolio and opportunities.
      • Have an excellent knowledge of business dynamics, provide regular forecasts.
      • Understand needs and requirements of the various industries related to the activities.
  • Skills and experience :

    • You are familiar with computer tools in general, including the Office suite, the internet, Outlook and Google Calendar.
    • You have a good command of the three main languages (French/Dutch/English) both spoken and written. Any other language is a plus.
    • You are willing to work on Saturdays from 9am to 1pm.
    • You are at ease with the customers, attentive, patient, rigorous, punctual, autonomous and you are a team player.
    • You are well-presented.
