Your mission: more than a showroom, a place of inspiration

As Showroom Manager, you will be the face of our company and the beating heart of our reception and sales platform.

Your mission is varied and rewarding:

• Represent the spirit and products of Beal International through an attractive and inspiring showroom.
• Create a personalized customer experience, from the first contact to in-store follow-up.
• Work closely with all departments: sample workshop, marketing, sales, logistics, store, etc. You are the bridge between image and reality.
• Welcome, advise, and attract a diverse clientele, ranging from curious prospects to international professional customers.
• Innovate and promote our ranges and new products in line with trends in design and interior architecture.

Your day-to-day responsibilities

Sales & Representation

• Offer a personalized welcome to each visitor (contractor/installer/decorator/company/individual/VIP customers)
• Identify needs, advise on projects, and respond with the right products
• Manage the showroom presentation in collaboration with all departments.
• Participate in defining the sales strategy and growing brand awareness.
• Participate in trade shows
• Ensure excellent project follow-up in collaboration with the sales team.

Management & Coordination

• Manage the team provided with kindness and efficiency.
• Supervise order, cleanliness, supplies, samples, tools… Nothing escapes you.
• Coordinate seasonal arrangements, events, and launches.
• Implement smooth, dynamic, and structured processes.
• Entering customer follow-up into the ERP system

Logistics & Operations

• Monitoring sample stocks, documentation, technical data sheets, and reception tools.
• Ensuring that every element of the showroom (machines, decor, atmosphere) reflects Beal’s high-end image.

Required profile

• Experience in a showroom/passionate about decoration, architecture, or design
• Trilingual in French, Dutch, and English
• Commercial mindset, able to identify needs and adapt to all types of people
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of service
• Good listener and observant
• Well-groomed appearance and clear communication
• Creativity and sense of aesthetics in a constantly changing environment
• Rigorous organization, ability to prioritize and manage priorities
• Initiative, autonomy, and proactivity
• Ability to collaborate in a team and work across departments
• Comfortable with IT (Office 365 and CRM) and able to search for information independently
• Full-time (including every Saturday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.)
• Willing to travel for trade fairs
