Versatile architecture in the service of bistronomy

This freshly renovated restaurant opened its doors in 2023. The art of bistronomy was the key word in the design of the premises, where the owners wanted to combine the friendly charm of a bistro with the refinement of gastronomy. A gamble (a successful one, in our opinion), where you can feel as good as home, in an intimate and comfortable setting while enjoying sophisticated cuisine.

Not just a restaurant

For this new project “Les Mauvais Garçons”, the aim was to create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.

More than just a restaurant, the owners wanted to offer a real experience for all the senses. That’s why a number of materials have been incorporated, to play on the texture and relief of the building and take the customers on a journey. The bar and walls, made with MORTEX® coating, create a warm atmosphere. These combinations of materials and colours incite visual interaction and make of the restaurant an ideal venue for a variety of occasions, from business dinners to family meals.
